This policy explains what data the Affiliates Academy website (affiliates-academy.com) and its Telegram bot @affiliates_academy_bot collect, why we use it and how we protect it. By using the website and registering for training, you agree to this policy.

1. General provisions

Affiliates Academy is an online training program for affiliate managers. We collect only the data needed for registration, training and considering students for an offer, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

2. What data we collect

• Profile data: first and last name, country, languages, work experience, age, gender, information about yourself and your Telegram username. • Login data: login and password. The password is stored only in encrypted form. • Training results: completed tasks, links and uploaded files, mentor comments. • Payment data: the transaction hash and payment status. We do not receive bank card details or access to wallets. • Technical data: IP address, time of logins and actions in the cabinet - to protect your account.

3. Why we use the data

• creating and maintaining your personal cabinet; • running the training: checking tasks, mentor comments, the course timer; • confirming the training payment; • password recovery via the Telegram bot; • considering students who successfully complete the course for an offer from the company; • protecting accounts and the website from abuse.

4. Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies: to log in to your personal cabinet and to remember the selected language. With your consent, we also use Google Ads advertising cookies: to measure how our ads perform (for example, how many people registered after clicking an ad) and to show Academy ads to people who have already visited the website. Advertising cookies are not set without your consent. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies: to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages they open and where they came from). They are not set without your consent either. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share your questionnaire data for advertising. Access to it is limited to the mentor and the team leads of the company's affiliate teams that consider students for an offer. Telegram receives the data needed for the bot to work, under its own rules. Data may be disclosed if required by law. Google receives Google Analytics and advertising cookie data only with your consent (see "Cookies").

6. Storage and protection

Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form, and access to the mentor panel is restricted. We keep the data while your account exists or for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

You can view and change your profile data and password in your personal cabinet. To get a copy of your data, change your login or delete your account together with your data, contact your mentor. You can also write to support@affiliates-academy.com.

8. Age

Registration is available only from the age of 18. We do not collect data of minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
